Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, unionized positionSalary: $38.991/hour; 2015 ? $40.55/hour; 2016 ? $42.17/hour, plus bonus potential 
Plus: Retention Allowance of $7,200/year; Shift Premiums of approx. $4,000/yr; Overtime at 1.5 x up to 6 hours ? double time after 6 hours; lots of overtime available but rarely mandatory (in 2013, potential earnings of between $10,000 and $20,000).
